1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using PlaYa!, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the application.

2. Description of the service

PlaYa! is a free application that displays real-time weather conditions for beaches and outdoor spaces in the Canary Islands. The application calculates a score called Nota de la Playa based on temperature, wind, wave, cloud cover and other atmospheric data.

3. Limitation of liability

The weather data displayed by PlaYa! comes from public sources such as Open-Meteo, AEMET (Spanish Meteorological Agency) and the Government of the Canary Islands, and is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability.

PlaYa! does not replace direct verification of environmental conditions. Before visiting any beach or engaging in water activities, it is your responsibility to check the actual conditions on site. PlaYa! is not liable for decisions made based on the information displayed in the application.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use PlaYa! reasonably and in accordance with the law. Automated use, data scraping, or any attempt to overload the application's servers is prohibited.

5. Service availability

PlaYa! is offered free of charge and without any commitment to continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The name PlaYa!, the application design, the Nota de la Playa algorithm and all graphic elements are the property of their creators. Weather data belongs to its respective sources (Open-Meteo, AEMET, Government of the Canary Islands).
